1-6 Maisonettes:
– Installation of external thermal insulation system.
– Application of protective waterproofing layer at the lower sections.
– Completion of wall chasing and installation of concealed electrical and plumbing pipework.
– Sealing of wall chases with cement-based repair mortar in preparation for interior finishing works.
– Ongoing initial installation works for internal electrical, plumbing, and ventilation

– Execution of preparatory works and reinforcement for ground floor slab casting.
