1-6 Maisonettes:
– Completion of external thermal insulation works across the full building façade.
– Application of base protective coating over the insulation layer.
– Partial preparation of interior walls with initial finishing layers (plaster or base coat).
– Partial installation of window units.
7-9 Maisonettes:
– Construction of colums.
– Completion of slab casting above the ground floor level, forming the structural base for the first floor.
– Planned completion has been brought forward to Q4 2025 (previously Q3 2026).
