General site works:
– Electrical power, cold water, and sewage connections completed for the entire complex.
1-6 Maisonettes:
– Internal electrical installation works completed.
– Cement screed poured as sub-base for future floor tiling.
7-9 Maisonettes:
– Completion of slab casting above the first floor level, forming the structural base for the second floor.
– Brick masonry works completed at the lower ground and ground floor levels.
