Adam and Eva are Arfil’s two new residential projects in Geroskipou, Paphos. The sites face each other across the road, just a one-minute walk from Agia Paraskevi Gymnasium (secondary school) via a pedestrian crossing.
A supermarket and the centre of Geroskipou are within 500 metres. The beach is 3 km away, approximately a five-minute drive.
Adam will have six one-bedroom apartments, with three on each of its two residential floors and covered parking at ground level. Excavation is complete, and the crushed-stone base has been laid.
Three apartments at Adam are currently available and three are reserved. The Adam project page includes floor plans for the parking level, both residential floors and the roof, alongside apartment areas, pricing and current availability.
