– Exterior painting with grafiato finish completed.
– Installation of all windows and sliding balcony doors to terraces completed.
– Full completion of interior finishing works.
– Partial installation of furniture.
– Sanitary fixtures installed.
– Electrical fittings and lighting fixtures installed.
7-9 Maisonettes:
– Brick masonry works completed.
– Dry concrete floor screed completed.
– Initial electrical and plumbing installations (first fix) completed.
